It is no longer enough just to send out a promotion featuring a jack-o’-lantern and expect success. Today, you need to think creatively and spook your customers in new ways.

You can’t know how successful a marketing campaign is if there is no way to track it. So set a toll-free number for your Halloween campaign and give it a Halloween twist. Tailor the message for the season by adding Halloween buzzwords or by having your agents talk about the current promotion or campaign.
